CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of these policies. Deposits A 50% deposit is always required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. ARRIVAL TIME Please aim to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened or cancelled due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Canceling/Rescheduling/No Show 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booked appointment in order to receive your full deposit back.If you do not cancel your appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time you will not receive your deposit back. 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a booked appointment. If you do not reschedule 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time you will be required to place a new deposit on your new appointment. Not Showing or being more that 8 minutes late to an appointment will result in you being charged the full cost of the scheduled service. If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. By confirming your appointment you agree to the policies described above.
